How to File a DND Complaint?
Even after registering for DND (Do Not Disturb) at the NDNC/NCPR registry, if you are still receiving Unsolicited Commercial Calls (UCC) or unwanted calls, you may complain to your service provider. However, there are two conditions for raising a DND complaint. Here they are:
- Complaint should be registered from the mobile number/ phone number which the unsolicited messages was received.
- Complaint should be registered within 3 days from the date of receipt
DND COMPLAINT VIA CALL
OR
DND COMPLAINT VIA SMS
A unique DND complaint number will be received and the action taken will be intimated within 7 working days.
The grievance will be resolved as stated.
